An fmGenie WDI system is easy to set up and use. The information below, relevant to the fmGenie WDI, has been collected from around the site into one place to help users.
Changing fmGenie receiver settings for use with WDI units
Details of using a WDI unit with an fmGenie receiver are shown in this WDI product information sheet.
We have also recorded a video clip showing the changes to the settings and how to fit the WDI link plug. We supply a WDI link plug with each WDI unit so you should have a spare however if you need another one please just contact customer services and we will send you a couple FOC.
Please note that a broadband Internet connection is advised for downloading video clips.

The following hearing aids are known to have compatibility issues with a WDI unit.
To date this is the only hearing aid with any known issues with an fmGenie WDI
