Phonak - reprogramming Phonak SmartLink, EasyLink, Campus or Wallpilot
We have a specific web page for reprogramming Phonak transmitters follow here
Can you please clarify how I re programme the channels available in my EasyLink?
I) play the attached file (you can also find them here) and make sure you can hear it OK leave your media player open
II) attach the bottom adaptor to the EasyLink and connect a 3.5mm stereo lead from your computer headphone socket to the audio input socket on the bottom adaptor
III) turn on the EasyLink
IV) press the front button and the recessed pen push button so that P (and only P) appears I actually found this difficult as I kept turning off the EasyLink so do not be surprised if it takes you a few goes, I found you have to start pressing both buttons at the same time
V) start playing the sound file (you should see a colon appear on the EasyLink)
VI) When done the display shows PE turn off and on
VII) Hopefully you will now be able to cycle through channels by pressing the recessed button
VIII) You may fail but I am sure you wont! but you will not damage anything!
Let me know how you get on
Fail? Not I sir!
Thanks for the info and the file. It worked brilliantly on the second attempt - as you said, step IV is tricky. I can now fit the system as planned.
