Two suggestions.
1) Try resetting the system. Turn off the Humax unit at the mains, wait 20-30 seconds and turn on again.
2) Reset the unit to factory settings so that it resets and retunes all of the channels by doing the following.
1. Unplug the MG-TU1 from the mains for 5-10 seconds (make sure that all LEDs are off on the front of the unit).
2. Plug in the mains and switch on.
3. Press MENU.
4. Select 'Software Revision' using the arrows and press OK.
5. Select 'Software Reset' and press OK.
6. Press OK to confirm.
7. The receiver will go into Standby mode, power ON and you then press OK for the channels search to take place.
8. When the search has completed you will be taken to BBC 1.
