I have just received a tub of cleaning wipes and they cannot be accessed, they are not protruding through the top and were not activated when the top was opened. Could you send a replacement please?

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with the wipes - I am not sure that I have understood your query correctly. However I did wonder whether you had noticed that the the top turquoise green section of the pack is removable. Under this "lid" (which needs to be completely taken off the base) you will find that the pack is sealed with a silver foil cover which ensures that the pack stays fresh until it is opened. The foil cover needs to be removed and the first wipe from the centre "fed" through the hole in the lid and the lid refitted.
