Telephones for hearing aid users at work - FAQ

I have just taken ownership of my new hearing aids yesterday. As I work in customer service I have discovered that I am not getting the correct sound when listening on the phone through my head set. As my hearing aids have a 'T' Loop pickup is there a headset that I may use to enable me to continue with my job successfully.
