I recently bought a ren amplifier from you, but every time I switch it on it knocks out the wireless Broadband modem. The modem is plugged in to a filter at the line socket the ren amplifier is wired in directly to the line socket and powers all the phone extensions. Without the ren amplifier in line the phones all work(four phones) but will not allow me to extend the system ,any ideas please?

The REN amplifier also need to be plugged into a micro-filter - not directly into the line socket - I think that is what you are doing wrong. Do please email us again if adding a filter does not cure the problem. Hope this helps.
