I purchased a BT Big Button telephone from you. It is an excellent machine but I now really need louder reception for my deafness. Is it possible for any adjustment to be made?
Thank you for your note regarding the BT Big Button telephone you purchased and we are pleased that you regard it as excellent.
Unfortunately there is no adjustment that can be made to it to enable you to get a louder sound.
The BT Big Button telephone is the lowest price model in the range that we sell, and as stated in our catalogue 'In our view it out performs all other similarly priced phones currently on the market' but we do have other telephones which have sharper sound and noticeably louder amplification which are more expensive.
