It doesn’t matter what your 'correct' address is. You have to enter the address at which the card is registered, exactly as it appears on your bank statements or it will not go through.
Some usual errors:
zero instead of 0 in a postcode or house number
entering a house name and missing out the number
adding extra information in numeric's e.g. Flat 2 instead of Flat Two
the address on the card statement was wrong and the cardholder had not noticed/had it corrected - but of course entered the real postal address as the Billing Address on our website (but wrong as far as a bank address match!)
If it turns out that the address that the bank holds isn’t correct as far as you know, at a later date, please contact your bank to amend the address on your account.
