When ordering on your DeafEquipment website can I have the parcel sent to an address different to my registered card address?
Yes you can have a different delivery address to the Registered Card/Billing Address. Many people use their work address for delivery so they can sign for the parcel.
The image below shows you part of the DeafEquipment checkout address entry page, if you select the 'Delivery to a Different Address' option you will be able to enter a separate Delivery address.
Please note that the Billing Address is checked by your card issuer as part of anti fraud procedures during checkout, so the Billing Address must match your registered card address - including any address errors on you card statement!
If you select to have a separate Delivery address, when you select 'CONTUNUE' at the bottom of the page you will be taken to an additional Delivery Address entry page.
NOTE: Because we require parcels to be signed for we are unable to accept instructions such as 'leave in greehouse'.
