Loading Phonak transmitter channel sets

The Phonak Campus S and SmartLink SX can easily have their range of operating channels reprogrammed. Operating channel re-programming is carried out by playing a 'WAV' file into the Phonak Campus S or SmartLink SX transmitter - simply follow the steps below - you will need a 'WAV' compatible player.

1) Initially we need to check that your computer will play the 'WAV' file OK. So click on your required channel set below to play the 'WAV' file and make sure that you can hear it at a reasonably loud volume - if you have trouble with playing the 'WAV' file please contact your computer support person directly as Connevans will be unable to help you with this.
Having checked that your computer will play the WAV file through its speakers we would advise that you should then check that you can hear the WAV file via the headset socket using a pair of personal stereo headphones.

2) Connect a 3.5mm (stereo) plug to plug lead between the computer headset output and the transmitter AUX Audio input socket - this will probably cancel the sound from the normal speakers.

3) To activate programming mode on the transmitter press buttons as appropriate.
