Spoke with A today - I advised a neck loop to work with her audio transcriber at work, after my assessment and report she tells me she purchased this equipment herself and in her words it "makes a hell of a difference" and is great for her needs, both at work and home.

I RECIEVED MY SONIC BOOM ALARM CLOCK!
WOW!! I AM SO VERY PLEASED! AT LONG LAST, I CAN FINALLY GO TO BED AND NOT HAVE TO WORRY WHETHER I WAKE UP FOR WORK. I AM 38, HAD MY FIRST HEARING AID WHEN 5 ! I HAVE HAD COUNTLESS ALARM CLOCKS, SLEPT WITH THEM ON MY PILLOW, BUT IT WAS STILL HIT AND MISS WHETHER I HEARD THEM.
I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN THE PEACE OF MIND, THAT I CAN ACTUALLY ALLOW MYSELF TO FALL FAST ASLEEP, AND KNOW THAT I WILL WITHOUT A DOUBT, BE WOKEN UP BY THIS ALARM CLOCK! I NOW SLEEP BETTER THAN I HAVE IN YEARS!! THANKYOU.

I recently ordered 3 small waist pouches, black, glittery pink and silver. I would just like to thank you on how quick these items were delivered; the good quality of the products and the excellent price.
My daughter, aged 5, is type 1 diabetic and recently started on an insulin pump rather than the 4 injections she was having. The insulin pump, the size of a pager, is attached to her 24 hours a day and this obviously creates problems of where the pump should be kept. The small waist pouches are ideal :) I belong to the national mailing list "Children with Diabetes UK" with over 150 families subscribed. I have highly recommended these small waist pouches for the other families on the list who are using pumps. At the moment, any small waist pouches, that look good for children, and are small enough for an insulin pump are ordered in the USA as they seem to have a lot of products available. Over here in the UK it is a different story and there is nothing like this over here.
I know from e-mailing the details on the list that some families have ordered some pouches for their children to put their insulin pumps in and hope that you will get many more.
So, thanks very much on making my daughter's life that little bit easier :)

The mono music link works a treat - when one has only one ear working due to a brain tumour and very little hearing in the other ear - it's a pleasure to be able to listen to my mp3 player.

I just wanted to let you know that the mono Audio lead that I ordered for my daughter, arrived. She is 8 yrs old and absolutely thrilled that she can now use an iPod properly, instead of using oversize headphones. I ordered an additional lead and shoe, for her school as they are now doing interactive computing. They were really thrilled with the lead, and slightly surprised that we supplied it ourselves. I felt that £30 was a significant investment in my child's education.
