I placed an order with you yesterday for a Doro HearEasy 313 and received it this morning!! I just wanted to say thank you for the advice I received on the phone yesterday and the speed it was despatched.

I can't wait for my son to get home from school to try his new phone out - I've just set it up for him and he's going to love it. We had a Walker Clarity for years and he's been lost for the past couple of days not being able to use the substitute we had to use... (no volume controls)

Many thanks regarding the fast and efficient service that you gave me with my problem with my Wake and shake alarm clock, it was only a 5 day turn around I was so pleased to get it back as was My wife because she had to wake me up every morning at 5.45am.

By the way it is a great product. May be there are other products that you make that can help me? For example the telephone is a problem for me I always have difficulty in hearing the other person On the line. I actually avoid answering the phone because of this perhaps you can help !

A comment re the Connevans fmgenie radio aid from somebody who works in the NHS.

I found the equipment very helpful using direct input, and people commented how they did not have to raise their voices so much and I seemed more relaxed!

Thank you for the 2007 catalogue, and tell Fred (of the mailshot computer) that the publication is of a quality second to none! The arrangements thro’out the ‘book’, as well as the use of colour to make every item and price clear, could not be bettered. I do look for the magical up to the latest invention for a 90 year-old granny this year! I shall pass the tome to an electronically trained young man and then put the volume in the local library.

Having introduced friends to your ware, I think you can make this year’s publication the last for me!

May I say how impressed I have been in my dealings with the company. The company has been resourceful in its information and the catalogue and web guide are user friendly. Also my orders have been processed promptly and delivered efficiently.

In respect of your e-mail I can confirm I have a SUMO DM hearing aid. I tried out your suggestions and with experimenting with the setting and referring to the hearing aid hand book in respect of using my T coil program, I have successfully got the stereo sound to the hearing aid to work.

I found your website when looking for a phone for my elderly father who is deaf in one ear & very hard of hearing in the other. I decided to order the Geemarc CL100 over the Christmas holiday period after reading that you would start dispatching orders on 2nd January. True to your word it was dispatched on that date & arrived a my workplace the following day (it was great seeing how it arrived on the tracking service).

The instructions for the phone were easy to follow & yesterday I had my first telephone conversation in years where I was able to speak to my father without shouting. I wish I had come across your company long ago.
