I ordered a Vibralarm alarm clock via your Web site at 11.00am Monday. Delivery was taken early on Tuesday afternoon.
Not only is this the best service I have ever received from an Internet shopping site, it is also a superb product.

I must say how pleased, grateful and absolutely delighted I am that one of my workmates saw the possibility of seeing how to make a mobile phone more compattible with a hearing aid. Thanks to the small amount of information he gave me, I improved my system at work. Let me tell you what a difference your brilliant company has made to my life.
I am registered deaf and found it very very difficult to find a job when the job centre told me that if I did not find a job within 2 weeks they would stop my benefits (as they do). I have a 70% hearing loss which would normally stop me applying for certain types of work. However, the only job they had at the time in the job centre that was of any interest to me was in a call centre taking applications for credit cards, so I applied. The job centre staff said I could not do the job with my hearing problems but I just said to them that if the company would give me 2 weeks trial I would be happy.
The company, called The Listening Company, is quite a big call centre that employs probably getting on for 400 people, here in Portsmouth. I got through the interview with flying colours. I found that I could hardly hear the headset and originally put the headset over the hearing aid (which was on telephone pickup) and held it in place with a piece of hearing aid shaped foam which was OK for a while. I knew about inductive loops, so I took the pickup head out of a walkman and replaced it with a socket for a magnetic pickup (sticks on the back of a phone handset and picks up the signal) which I held on one of the earpieces on the headset with a piece of elastic which was held done up with velcro. That worked fairly well but the batteries in the walkman only lasted 2 weeks so I invested in a dictaphone, and removed all the tape from the cartridge because I work in a data-sensitive area where we take applications for credit cards. That was better but it was still heavy on batteries. The IT guys gave me a different pickup which is specially for digital phones which ours are at work.
My colleague at work gave me the details of the "adaptation" for a mobile phone, which gave your website for the Music Link. I already had a bluetooth earpiece which had a cabled earpiece that I could only just use. I ruined the bluetooth device following the instructions in the information from my colleague but still had the Music Link, so I thought about trying that as opposed to using my inductive loop which was rather unsightly and cumbersome. I put the Music Link in instead of the loop and it nearly blew my head off where it was so loud. Now the dictaphone volume is usually on 0 and the phone is just under full so I can alter the volume when and where I need to.
Since then I have invested in an adaptor for the mobile which has made a huge difference. The music link now is on from when I get up in the morning until when I go to bed.
I found the wire goes hard after a while, but one of your staff there, unfortunately I don't remember his name, suggested wiping the wire down with a baby wipe and its made a huge difference.
On top of the good advice, the chap also said that if I found at any time the system I now use is not adequate to call back and he would be able to advise me on other equipment that may work. On top of that, he also advised me on the changes on the PL51 which I have just ordered for my home phone which I generally struggle with and as it can be used with the music link as well I can't wait for it to arrive. Looks like its very popular because its out of stock at the moment and that does not surprise me at all.
Because of the massive difference on the mobile, I have told the company I am with, Virgin Mobile, and told them of the things that I use for the mobile and also given your web address to them. I hope that is OK with you to do that.
Because your staff are so friendly and helpful, and the products you sell are a real asset to anyone with a hearing loss of any description, I was wondering if it would be OK to put a link in my email signature, and also, when I get it going, on my web site too. I would really like to promote your company if I can so that others can benefit the way I have. Would it be permissible for me to do that? If you have an icon or a small logo or something, I would be absolutely delighted to incorporate them as well.
It is so good to find such a company that will not only help with equipment that is of a reasonable cost, but also provide great advice 'with a smile' if you know what I mean. Such a privilege to have been given your information and to deal with such a friendly, helpful company that provides great products and lets you know within 24 hours if there will be a delay of any kind and normally gets the products to the customer within 48 hours (if ordered over the internet in the evening).
Its not often I get a chance to praise a company for the service they provide and their products, but I feel yours should be top of the list as it's just so very good.
If it would be acceptable to you to promote your company/service via my email and web site I would be only too pleased to do this.

Just to say thank you very much for the prompt response to my order for the items listed below. The order arrived first thing this morning and the sounder works ok I did not have time to test the power supply, but I am sure it will be ok.
I must confess that I am not deaf person. I did a search on the net for the items and yours was one that came up. I am glad of that because you were so helpful and prompt.
