Thank you for sorting out my problem with the Bluehook. I have now received the replacement and put it into operation. The connections and everything are now working fine.
May I comment re. Cochlear Implants. I refer to your catalogue frequently, and several of us as members of an online group, give out to members, particular addresses of items in it, but I have not noticed any reference to items being suitable for users of cochlear implants. As a user myself now, Cochlear Nucleus Freedom, I was a regular user of Telecoil products with the hearing aid, and quickly found that these items responded even better with the implant, particularly loop systems, personal or in churches and conference rooms etc. (and now with the Bluehook). I do, however, feel that users need to be advised to establish with their CI Centers' that their implant has been set up to receive these devises, as I have found that members of online Implant group, are asking about this when we refer them to your products.

Just a quick note to tell you how absolutely delighted we are with our IR swift classroom system. It works beautifully and has been a major benefit to our students who are now able to hear every word.

Thank you for the quick delivery couldn't believe it when I got to work and it was waiting for me.
I found it a bit daunting looking at all the packages. When I got home plugged it in to charge up, this morning I was ready to find out how good it is. Couldn't hear anything at first so rang you up and with help got it going.
I tried the conference disk and wow it worked !! I felt like crying silly of me but unless you are without hearing one wouldn't understand.
I have found it very difficult at work this last few months having to asked all the time for people to write down what is going on. Now when I go to work today I cannot wait to try it out.

Hi,
I just wanted to pass on my appreciation for the swift delivery of one of your door bells to my 90yr old Gran.
She has struggled recently to hear visitors ringing her old door bell and this was causing her (and others!) much frustration.
The product you have provided has delighted her and she now feels able to relax with the TV on as loud as she needs it - as the door bell speaker is plugged in right next to her chair.
She thinks it's a god send - and so do I!
Hope you are all prospering during the credit crunch - as your customer service certainly sets you apart...
