To use our website select your area of interest from the left hand panel, then choose your particular item from the list. Assuming that you have Abobe Acrobat Reader version 6 installed, it will launch itself automatically when required.

The Connevans website uses Adobe Acrobat Reader to speed site access times and to allow you to view and print pages exactly as we have designed them. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer you are able to download it for free - which you can do by clicking on the 'Get Acrobat Reader' icon at the bottom of the left panel.

If you have Acrobat reader version 3, 4 or 5 you will have loading errors. The solution is simply to upgrade to version 7 by following the link at the bottom of the left blue panel - Acrobat reader is free, it is only the Acrobat generating programme that we have to pay for.

Your browser security must also be set to allow you to download and open pdf files.

When downloading whole sections Adobe Acrobat Reader will allow you to view the first page while the rest of the pages download in background. The first page should start to come up in about 60 seconds with a reasonable modem, much less with broadband.

One last tip, don't forget that you can zoom in/out with the Adobe Acrobat Reader so you can display the text in a size you are happy with.
